Support & Appeals Policy

How to get help, submit a report, or ask for a moderation decision to be reviewed.

Last updated September 17, 2026

01Where to get help

General BlueRain support, user reports, and punishment appeals are handled through the dedicated Support & Appeals Discord server. Legal and privacy requests, including child-privacy concerns, can instead be sent to bluerainrblx@gmail.com without a Discord account. See the Privacy Policy for your options.

02Support requests

Explain the problem clearly and include the account, project, error, or feature involved. Staff may ask for additional context when it is needed to troubleshoot or route the issue.

03User reports

Reports should identify the relevant user or incident and include enough context or evidence for staff to review what happened. Duplicate, unsupported, or out-of-scope reports may be closed.

04Appeals

An appeal asks BlueRain to review an eligible moderation action. Include the case or punishment information you have and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. New evidence or missing context can be especially helpful.

05Review process

Staff review the original action and available information before deciding an appeal. Some actions may require a higher level of review or may not be eligible for appeal.

06During support

Keep tickets focused and respectful. Opening repeated tickets, withholding relevant information, or harassing support staff can delay or end the review.
