01About these terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and the operators of BlueRain Development (BlueRain, we, us, or our). They cover our websites, BlueRain accounts, community services and bots, games we operate, and BlueRain Workspace, together called the services. References to BlueRain do not imply that we are affiliated with Roblox or Discord.

When you create a BlueRain website account, you must acknowledge and accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. Feature-specific rules and our Community Guidelines also apply when you use those features. Any separately agreed project, employment, contractor, or other written agreement controls its own subject matter if it conflicts with these general terms.

Read these documents before registering. If you do not agree, do not create an account. Acknowledging our Privacy Policy is not blanket consent to optional processing and does not waive your privacy rights.

02Age and eligibility

To create a BlueRain website account, you must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed these terms with you. Do not give false age or eligibility information.

Discord membership is subject to Discord’s own minimum-age and other rules. Roblox games follow Roblox’s age, account, and parental controls and any additional requirements shown for the experience. A BlueRain website account or Discord membership is not required merely to play our Roblox games. Eligibility for a staff role or a particular service may have additional requirements.

03Your account and connected services

Provide accurate registration information and use only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Protect your password and connected accounts. Do not share a staff session, impersonate someone else, or allow another person to use permissions assigned to you. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Linking Discord or Roblox allows us to associate the connected identity with your BlueRain account and provide the features explained in our Privacy Policy. A verification badge confirms a connection; it is not an endorsement or guarantee of someone’s identity, behavior, or trustworthiness.

You can manage connected accounts in your dashboard. Unlinking an account does not automatically delete your BlueRain account, game saves, or records retained for a legitimate purpose. Contact us to request account closure or exercise applicable privacy rights.

04Acceptable use and fair play

Use the services lawfully and follow reasonable community and game rules. In particular, do not:

• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit, or disclose private information about other people; distribute scams, malicious files, or unlawful content.
• Cheat, abuse a game bug, duplicate items or currency through an exploit, manipulate purchases, evade an enforcement action, or deliberately disrupt playtests or normal gameplay.
• Bypass access controls, steal credentials, probe private account data without authorization, overload services, or use unauthorized automation that interferes with the services. Authorized integrations and ordinary accessibility tools are not prohibited merely because they automate an action.
• Impersonate BlueRain staff, submit knowingly false reports, manipulate evidence, or use support and application systems to abuse other people.

Report suspected vulnerabilities privately through our contact address. Do not access someone else’s data or continue exploiting an issue to demonstrate it. We may take proportionate action to protect the services and other users.

05Content you submit

You retain rights you hold in your submissions, such as profile text, suggestions, applications, reports, and project contributions. Submit only material you have permission to provide, and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property.

You give BlueRain the non-exclusive permission needed to receive, store, reproduce, process, display to the intended audience, and moderate your submissions to operate the requested services. This includes service-provider processing, reasonable backups, and retention necessary for security or legal obligations. It does not give us unrestricted permission to advertise with private support messages or staff material.

Public content may be copied or indexed by others. Removing it from BlueRain cannot guarantee removal of independent copies. We may use voluntary general product suggestions without an obligation to pay you; separate agreements about commissioned work, confidential material, and project ownership still apply.

06BlueRain content and intellectual property

BlueRain and its licensors retain their rights in our branding, original artwork, code, game content, and other service materials. Subject to these terms and applicable platform rules, you may use the services for their intended purposes. You do not acquire ownership of our underlying content by using a service or obtaining a virtual item.

Do not sell, redistribute, or present our protected materials as your own without permission. Open-source licenses, permissions we separately grant, and rights provided by law are not restricted by this clause.

To report an intellectual-property concern, email us with the work concerned, the location of the disputed material, your contact information, and an explanation of your authority and claim. Do not send a knowingly false claim.

07Purchases, virtual items, and rewards

Purchases made through Roblox or another platform are processed under that platform’s terms, payment rules, and refund procedures. BlueRain does not control your platform payment account or Robux balance. Obtain the payment account holder’s permission, including parental permission where required.

Virtual currency, crates, rewards, and items are permissions to use digital features within the relevant experience. They are not a bank balance, a real-world investment, or redeemable for cash from BlueRain. Do not arrange unauthorized cash sales or off-platform trades.

Review the displayed price, contents, conditions, and any applicable chance disclosures before purchasing or opening an item. Availability and eligibility may vary with platform restrictions. We may balance or update features, but must respect applicable platform rules and consumer rights when changing a paid benefit.

For a missing item or fulfillment problem, contact support with the relevant account and purchase information. For payment or refund requests handled by the platform, use that platform’s official process. Nothing here excludes a refund, remedy, or guarantee required by law.

08Updates, testing, and availability

We develop and maintain the services over time. Features may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. Roadmaps, target updates, previews, and playtest plans describe intentions rather than guaranteed release dates. Test features may contain errors, and any planned test resets should be explained in the relevant announcement.

We will consider the impact of material changes and provide notice where appropriate or required. Urgent security, safety, legal, or platform requirements may require immediate changes. Keep your own copies of work that you export or store locally in Workspace.

09Restrictions, closure, and appeals

We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address rule violations, security threats, unlawful activity, abuse, or platform requirements. Actions may include feature limits, removal of staff access, or account or game restrictions, depending on the circumstances.

Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to seek review. We may limit details or act without advance notice if disclosure would compromise safety, an investigation, or a legal obligation. Appeals are reviewed on the information available and do not guarantee reversal. A platform may independently take action on its own services.

You can stop using the services and request account closure by contacting us. Ending access does not automatically remove records that we must or may lawfully retain. Provisions that reasonably need to continue, including intellectual-property rights, payment obligations already incurred, and dispute provisions, survive closure to the extent permitted by law.

10Third-party services

Roblox, Discord, embedded media providers, external repositories, and other linked services are operated independently. Their terms and privacy notices apply to their services. A link or integration does not mean that BlueRain controls or endorses every aspect of that service.

We remain responsible for our own obligations. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent actions merely because you reached it through BlueRain.

11Service limitations and your rights

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or fitness for every intended use. We do not guarantee that every defect can be corrected or that stored data can always be recovered.

These qualifications do not override express commitments we make, statutory consumer guarantees, or other rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BlueRain is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost business opportunities arising from use of the services. Where a lawful liability limit is permitted, our total liability for claims relating to the affected service is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid to BlueRain for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit, or non-waivable consumer rights. If a limit is not enforceable in your circumstances, the applicable law controls.

13Questions and disputes

If something goes wrong, contact us so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from seeking an urgent remedy, contacting a regulator, or exercising your legal rights within applicable time limits.

Applicable law determines your rights and which courts have jurisdiction. These terms do not require private arbitration, waive class proceedings, or require a consumer to give up mandatory protections of the place where they live. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.

14Changes to these terms

We will publish updated terms with an effective date and version. For material changes, we will provide an appropriate notice, such as a website notice or an account communication, and seek renewed acceptance when required. Urgent legal or security changes may take effect sooner where permitted.

Changes do not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued. The overview above is a reading aid; the full terms govern subject to applicable law.
