Report a User
Use the BlueRain report system for Discord, in game, or other incidents. Include the relevant user ID, a clear reason, and any proof you have available.

Appeal a Case
If you believe a ban or blacklist should be reviewed, open an appeal ticket in the Support & Appeals server. A valid BlueRain case ID is required so staff can review the exact moderation record.

Good reports and support tickets make it much easier for staff to understand what happened and take the right action.
Include IDs when possible
Discord IDs, Roblox user IDs, case IDs, and report IDs are more reliable than display names.
Attach useful proof
Screenshots, clips, message links, and other relevant evidence can help staff verify what occurred.
Keep the explanation clear
Explain what happened, where it happened, and why you are contacting staff without adding unrelated details.
